We got a few agents out to give us an idea about what price we would be able to sell our property for. John was the only one who went away and checked the market and came back to us with a price recommendation. The others just asked what price we wanted which wasn't helpful to us. We found John very easy to talk and he was very knowledgeable about the property market. He was also very organised and gave us a information pack about his business and who did what part of the sale. He bought people around to have a look before it was on the market because he thought they would like it, which they did.
