We started the process in the normal fashion by booking numerous appointments with various agents to value our home and discuss the options that they could provide to help us sell. We had decided to go with one particular agent but then we met John. Johns exceptional knowledge and his honest and warm approach made us both feel he was perfect for the task, there is a great saying "you pay for what you get" And John did not disappoint he gave us confidence and advise on how to sell the home and stage for potential clients. 2 weeks after advertising the home was sold.
