We want to say again a massive thank you to John for going above and beyond with everything and we really can’t thank you enough for your help. It’s been hard buying our first property especially with the added hurdles but your readiness and willingness to help gave us confidence through the whole process.

I first made contact with John following a recommendation from Jill Ireland. I was preparing my home in the Yarra Valley for sale, with the hope of purchasing a small place, with character in Evandale to be close to family. John was wonderfully helpful from our first discussion and understood exactly what I was looking for. He kept in touch with me regularly re the status of my melbourne sale and possible properties in Evandale. I was thrilled with his news that shortly after selling my home we were able to arrange an inspection of number 7 or The Library. I loved everything about it on first sight. Negotiations between John , the Vendor and myself were seamless . So impressive indeed. John has been marvellous, so efficient, reliable and a thorough gentleman.
