John and Scott were amazing at assisting our family during a time of chaos and rushed transitions to a new location at the Sunshine Coast. With our family in 2 separate locations for most of the selling process, they were so accommodating in helping out and even getting hands on with helping out in practical matters above and beyond their duties on occasion. During a high stress time it was great to know the selling of our house was in good hands. We have known John for years and chose him due to his honesty, integrity and friendly nature and found Scott to share those same values. They were upfront at all times with what price they thought our house could sell for and what work would be needed to sell it for that price. Our house was listed on a Wednesday and they had a group of people inspecting already on the Friday prior to the scheduled open house. Before a week was out we had a signed contract on our property for the amount that we had wanted.
