John was amazingly helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing our house. It was the last open house on the day we were looking and we nearly didn't go in as we were tired. John was very welcoming, knowledgeable about the area and not overly pushy which allowed us to have a really good look at the property. He was flexible when we needed access to the property before settlement and was available to answer any questions we had. We were even welcomed after settlement with a bottle of wine which completed the whole process wonderfully.
