Prior to choosing an agent to sell my home I had multiple agents come through and provide appraisals. John was by far the most thorough, prepared and knowledgeable and he was able to answer all of my questions as he had evidently done his homework. This made choosing John a no brainer. As the sale was a result of a separation there was a second party John needed to liaise with and despite this not always being easy, John was consistent, fair and patient and did his best to ensure the best communication and the best result for all parties throughout the whole process.
