This time should be an enjoyable time as well as overwhelming for the buyer- having a compassionate understanding agent that communicates with detail makes all the difference. John was clear and professional... however we would have loved a little more of the above to make our once or twice experience of buying a home complete.

John was very accomodating as i was unable to attend the open house. He organised a early inspection for me and drove me around the area to show me where the the local supermarket was aswell as schools, medical centres etc. By doing this John gave me a real feel for the area and i made an offer on the house 2 days later which was excepted.
