Through my due diligence, careful review of agents in the area and the fantastic reviews I read of others experience in working with Property Network Lockyer, I contacted John when it came time to sell our investment property. We live interstate and didn’t have the opportunity to attend the property for inspection once the tenant had moved out. John inspected the property and politely informed me that it needs a lot of work! With surety and quiet confidence, John said to me, its okay, it’s a process! And, from there he assumed the role of not only our selling agent but that of project manager. John arranged all of the trades required and provided me with their quotes for approval to have the reworks completed. John coordinated the whole renovation of the property from repainting the entire inside to replacing flooring, repairing fencing, servicing of air con units, repairs to plumbing etc. Prior to John being aware of the repairs required he had provided me with a property appraisal of which we had agreed upon and his standard cost to sell. At the completion of the renovations John managed to sell the property and cover the cost of all of the rework over and above the earlier appraisal he had offered. It seems an understatement to say but I could not recommend John Rodgers highly enough to look after your real estate matters.
