John seemed to know his market very well. He had a lot of ideas of how to promote the property. Unfortunately even though there were many inspections there were few offers and no one turned up for the auction. In the end there were underlying issues that affected the property and its sale.

John Rombotis contacted us after a friend's referral and explained the different options for us to sell our property. He then researched the area and made further suggestions based on his research. John rang us often to let us know how things were progressing and when a buyer was found, quicker than I thought possible, drove to the country to meet us to ensure the contract was signed.
