Quick Sale!!!!! Our house was under contract in the first week. After the first "Open Home" John presented us with multiple offers and we had a signed contract at higher than our asking price!!! We couldn't be happier!! Thanks John for all your help and guidance.

John came on our request amongst 2 other different agencies. He was not pushy and he was fully armed with the local area stats. One of the other agents come in and put an agency form down with little info. John on the other hand wanted to see all the features that our property had to offer. He asked us what we expected to get and we said lots. He said "I don't think you will achieve over $400,000. What would you expect realistically." We said Offers over $390,000 and he got it. Great.
