From day one John was a disappointment. I understand it is difficult that I live overseas but I found him to be hopeless. He didn’t care what price I got he just wanted it sold so he could get it off his books. When it first went up for sale he didn’t realise one of the neighbors flats went up for sale a week earlier which ultimately had a negative impact on my sale. Had we known I wouldn’t have put it in the market at this time. And as already mentioned once we had a buyer I didn’t think he was working for me. In no way do I think he earnt his commission. Since we confirmed the sale I have not heard from him once. My disappointment is so great I am looking to leave LJ Hooker as my rental agents.

So glad I chose John as my seller, nothing was too hard for John even when a contract crashed through finance he had other buyers waiting in the background. His proactive approach was needed to get the sale through on a deadline. Would recommend LJHOOKER and John to anyone considering a positive marketing approach in a tough competitive industry.
