As first home buyers we were very nervous but John communicated clearly and regularly throughout the process. We found him to be genuine and helpful.

any time I call him, he answers quickly, even after being off work, and explains my questions patiently to me, and I feel like I can trust him.

I cant believe John sold our apartment in Rockdale in one week and I was worry about how long it will be sold in the time to Christmas only two week away after our property in the market over 60 days in the hands of another agent. when John told me there is one buyer who alreadt in the market over 6 month and really interested in our unit on Monday 11 Dec I dont believe the real buyer shows up as John taken over the job on Tuesday 5 Dec just one week ago. Then the buyer put deposit on 14 Dec, three days later, and I still cant believe something happened but John did it, John Sbisa done his job well and fantastic and great! John have over 20 years expertise in local market and I strong suggest him as your agent to sell your property please!

From explaining the pricing to getting the contracts exchange, John was very crisp and clear in terms of communication keeping us informed on daily basis apart from sending the weekly reports, stats, etc. John's updates were especially helpful during the viewing period of our property when we were overseas. Very happy that we chose Belle property and got to work with John Sbisa. Highly recommended!

John proves to be an exceptionally helpful and professional real estate agent. In a remarkably brief timeframe, he successfully facilitated the sale of my property. His approach is distinguished by a level of care and dedication that goes beyond the ordinary—he treats the owner's property as if it were his own. Notably, he goes the extra mile by proactively arranging buyer inspections, even outside the scheduled times, which proves advantageous for those looking to expedite the sale of their property.
