We met with 3 agencies when looking to sell our investment property and ultimately decided to go with John Sbisa at Belle Property Kogarah. To say we received outstanding service from the minute we met with him would be an under statement. We had never previously sold a property and had the added complexities of not living close to our investment, racing against time due to the property being untenanted and therefore costing us money and the looming, unknown impact of Covid-19 to the property sector. John arranged all agreed repairs, marketing, styling, professional video, building and pest inspection and new turf to be laid (even going so far as helping to keep it watered regularly) all in a 3 week turnaround. We had our first open on a Saturday, he took a group through on the Sunday (via video call) and we exchanged on the Friday for a price we are thrilled with. John held our hand through every single process and gave us a daily update on what was happening around our sale, sales in the area and the general sector. The regular information he provided was simply next level service.
