John was totally professional throughout all contacts with him which included three inspections - all of which he arranged with the owner personally for us - which was very much appreciated. He left us to explore the apartment and never intruded which made us feel very comfortable. He could answer my myriad of questions and if he couldn't, got back to me within hours. Nothing was a trouble for him and he was always prompt with returning phone calls or text messages. I never ever felt pressured. He had excellent knowledge of all aspects of the complex and happily showed us all its features. All in all, John made it a pleasurable experience. It was a huge decision but with John's calm and obliging personality it all ended happily and we look forward to this next chapter of our lives living at Bayside.
