Living on the Sunshine Coast for the past 33 years, the last 12 in Tanawha John has a great knowledge of the local area the Coasts lifestyle and people. Although the Sunshine Coast has grown considerably during the past decade it can still be quite a small local community and this becomes a great asset to an agent when you have grown up and lived in an area for a long time. John studied Quantity Surveying at QUT Gardens point in Brisbane which gave him a firm grounding in the construction industry for 20 years, during which time he had his own business specialising in commercial and industrial construction both here on the Sunshine Coast and throughout Queensland and Australia. He has always had an interest in the property industry both as a buyer and seller. Purchasing a property will usually be the biggest purchase a person will make in their life so it is essential to make that process as enjoyable and stress free as possible. John's life outside of work centres firmly on his wife and daughter and they attend horse shows where his daughter rides at most of the agricultural shows near and far. Travel is a passion, and John and his family have travelled extensively in Australia and abroad. A healthy active lifestyle is important to John and his family and when time permits he likes nothing more than going snow skiing, other interest includes golf, surfing and rugby. John thrives in his role as an agent; he is very much a people person and has a reputation for his honesty, professionalism, pro-activeness and great attitude. Trustworthy and thorough

Our house sold very quickly and for a good price due to John helping us to get the house market ready as well as being an expert in the area of Sippy Downs. He was always pleasant, professional and kept in contact with us. When it came time to negotiate, we felt we could trust his suggestions which resulted in a great price. He made the whole process easy and without any stress at all.
