Jeremy and I have been delighted by both Andrew Perrott and John Simon as our agents for the sal of 2 Tibouchina Close, Bellingen. Indeed, our deepest regret is that we didn't turn to them sooner. This property had been on the market for a depressingly long time, so it probably didn't present an exciting prospect for Openhome online at the time they took it on. Although Andrew was the official 'listing' agent here, John worked every bit as positively and diligently to make the miracle happen. They are clearly an excellent team and are both honest, conscientious, astute and positive communicators. John engages well with people and obviously knows the market here extremely well (as does Andrew) and was able to stitch up a deal with people who seem to love this property. Although the price was not what we'd hoped, we accept that it was rather 'tired' by then, and that he market was less vibrant anyway. We're aware they'd have achieved a higher price had we enlisted their expertise a lot earlier. John comes with our strongest recommendations - which we have already begun to activate.
