John was credible, friendly and helpful from the first time I contacted him. He worked hard to get the property the right level of exposure, and his enthusiasm didn't flag when it was slow to sell. He kept having opens and gave us good feedback after every one. He worked wonderfully with the tenant in the property to cause her the minimum amount of inconvenience. What can I say... I feel quite blessed to have dealt with John for my first home purchase. It's daunting given the unfamiliarity of so many things, however John made me feel super-comfortable from start to finish. He was very forthcoming when responding to even the most trivial matters and questions I had, and between me and the vendor, I never waited long to hear back from him.
