Great facilitator

Those who are familiar with the Sydney property market and real estate agents would agree that being a first home owner buyer is similar to being a deer in the head lights or even a lamb taken to slaughter. During our house hunting this past year we have interacted with almost every real estate agent in the Frenchs Forest/Northern Beaches area. John Spencer from Parnell Partners is very different from most. He was one of the only agents to actually spend time with us and explain the positive features of the house that we purchased. He kept us updated with how the sales process was going with accurate indications of price. The house was well presented without using overstylised rental furniture. John created a welcoming atmosphere at auction day and made us feel comfortable participating. After our purchase, John and the owners gave us copies of the DA approved plans for renovations and presented the house very nicely at the final inspection before settlement. They really cared and left the house very clean and vacant with some helpful information about the local neighourhood. We are very happy with our purchase and feel like we were able to keep our dignity intact and enjoy our new home!
