After interviewing a number of local Agents, John was selected as he came across as the most professional, knowledgeable and honest agent. He did not disappoint. Throughout the sales process John did all he could to advise and assist the 4 Executors (who all lived out of the local area and 3 of the 4 in regional towns) with all necessary actions to get the house ready for sale. John provided sound advice on the most effective way to take the house to market. He arranged and on a number of occasions supervised the necessary trades people to get the house ready for sale. The house was sold pre-auction to an extended family who will love this home as deeply as the original family who enjoyed it for over 55 years. I could not recommend John Spencer more highly. He is an excellent agent and the decision to appoint him to sell this property was without doubt a wise decision.
