I discovered John Stack when he sold a house a few doors down across the road. I called him to find out the selling price and was impressed by the result. I attended an auction he held near my house and not only did he achieve a great result, I loved his enthusiasm and passion and it was a really entertaining auction to watch. Right from the start of my own auction campaign, John and his team demonstrated a very high level of professionalism, organisation, enthusiasm and dedication. Literally the day after I signed the authority I received a 'Thank you for listing' email which outlined in detail the plans for my auction campaign, along with the Key Marketing Dates PDF which I promptly put on my fridge as a handy reminder of upcoming dates for photos/copy/floor plan and inspections.
