John was very approachable from the first home inspection and was available at anytime for questions or concerns. He was able to show and explain all the great qualities the house has and what a great location it is in, he was able to negotiate with both us and the owners of the house to come to a happy conclusion for both parties. He was able to be flexible with his times to ensure we were complete happy with the property before purchasing. John kept us updated along the whole journey and we are now living happily in our first home.
