These were a hindrance considering the price target and competing properties in the market sector being targeted. By providing a price range, excellent marketing and focusing on the best features of the property John attracted a good number of serious buyers. The goal was to target a sales price in the upper end of the range, and this was achieved. John wove his magic with the buyers and got a quick sale at the right level within just a few open days.
