John provided excellent market research allowing us to set pricing to suit my ambitious expectations and the property. The marketing strategy aimed to draw in serious buyers despite the property having only one bathroom and one car park. These were a hindrance considering the price target and competing properties in the market sector being targeted. By providing a price range, excellent marketing and focusing on the best features of the property John attracted a good number of serious buyers. The goal was to target a sales price in the upper end of the range, and this was achieved. John wove his magic with the buyers and got a quick sale at the right level within just a few open days. I was impressed with John's professionalism and his ability to gain rapport and respect from the pool of potential buyers.
