A good experience

Overall the process went pretty smoothly. Was a hiccup with what looked like a good initial offer but the buyer was too slow to move to deposit and contract exchange so with John's advice we readvertised with a much better outcome. Interesting time in a difficult market, but it all worked out well. Thanks John!
