John has great skills in explaining the selling scenarios with good research into the suburb and type of property sales. He was very hardworking and was willing to have the house open every weekend and report buyer response / interests after each each open day. He is a good honest salesman and was able to negotiate a fair price given the market and provided excellent support through out the settlement process. I would highly recommend John.
John is a very friendly agent, easy to talk to, and professional in what he does. Whenever I have questions, John is always there to provide answers (phone, text, and email). John has a very good 'after sales support' attitude. Some agents do not want to know about your problems after settlement, but not with John. He offered to fix up things around the property we just purchased, before and after settlement. We will use John again in the future (selling / buying properties).

If we could give John 6 out of 5 stars we would. Under offer for more than we expected after out first home open! We also had 3 x as many parties at our home open than what is normal for Mirrabooka. John demonstrated exceptional knowledge of our area and gave the appropriate advice to help us move our property for a price we were happy with. He was also very open to working together with us, as opposed to it being "his way or the highway". John particularly shone through when our buyer started to have some hiccups and helped keep everything on track and positive. If you're selling in Mirrabooka this is the ONLY rep you should be dealing with as we WILL get results for you. I felt John was transparent and trustworthy with all our discussions. He made sure our expectations were reasonable. He gave us some valuable tips on how to best prepare the property for sale and we had a buyer after the first home open. He was always on time when we met in person and all correspondence was prompt.
