John Tran is very professional and helpful!

After doing my research and saw 9 different agents for an appraisal , we decided to go with John Tran. He came with in an hour of us contacting him. He had a look and was spot on with his appraisal workout any prep time (shows us he really knows his market) . He was friendly , down to earth and very professional. He listened to what we wanted to achieve and not only did he worked with us but also guide us all in the right direction. His communicate is on point (even when he is on holidays he kepted us updated and personally did the job for us). John went above and beyond and we got a offer on our house with 1st home open and everything done and sold within 6weeks despite the public holidays. We feel his passion for his job hence why he is good in what he does and is willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommended John Tran and will most definitely recommend him to all our family and friends. Your house is one of ur biggest assets and negotiating skills is very important and John Tran excelled it.

John Tran and his associate Greg Burgoyne did a great job in selling our property in Balga. Prior to enlisting John we had the property on the market for 7 months with no success, being frustrated we were recommended John Tran and within a fortnight an offer was placed and accepted by us. John and Greg successfully sold our property giving us the opportunity to now go on to build our family home. Thanks John and Greg for a job well done.

All I can say is that John really knows his stuff. Polite, motivated and non pushy. His results are a reflection of his hard work and dedication to serve the buyer and the seller. Well done mate!! Richard Buczak

I buy and sell many properties in the past 25 years. I meet so many Realeastate Agents and I am very lucky I have met John Tran. About 4 years ago, my father appointed me to sale his property. We had called a few big and small Realeastate Agents but finally we chose John Tran. After a short period of time we were very surprised and so happy that John gave us a Outstanding result which we have not expected even another Realeastate Agents surprised too. In year 2017 I called John Tran again to sale the land which was on the market for long time with some different Realeastate Agents before I knew John. At the beginning I was bit worried because the land is far away in country site but after talking to John I had very strong feelings that John could sell it and finally one more time i was very happy with the result John sold it with the good price in short time Once again I am so happy that he recently sold another property of mine in short time with the best price When talking to people about Realeastate Agents in Perth, I like to talk about John Tran. I only met him once in person in the third sale. I was really surprised that he looks young but he is a talent person who I can trust I feel very comfortable and happy to go through all sales Finally I have to say many thanks to John you are the best Realeastate Agent in Perth
