John was incredibly helpful throughout our purchase and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. His communication was clear and reassuring, and he was always happy to answer our questions and keep us updated throughout the process. What stood out most was how genuine John was. Having dealt with quite a few agents during our property search, we found that John had a very different approach. He made us feel that he genuinely cared about both the buyer and seller and wanted to help achieve a good outcome for everyone, rather than simply focusing on making a sale. We never felt pressured or like we were just another transaction. He was also particularly proactive in following up to make sure the electrical safety certificate was provided in time for settlement, and was willing to go above and beyond to help resolve the issue.
