Tom was incredibly responsive and flexible to my needs when I was inspecting a property. As a purchaser you did what I expected him to do which was negotiate a higher amount but he did it respect respectfully and professionally - anything else would’ve turned me away. We ran into a few few hiccups but he was patient and worked through them with me.
