John was great. He met us at the house when we needed to, did all the leg work.

John was very accommodating to our long work hours, going above and beyond when assisting us to view properties . His approach was open and honest at all times.

Accessible by phone or in person at the office. If he wasn't available Sam was- appears to be good communication between team members. A few issues had to be traversed following the inspections and all were dealt with appropriately. At times felt pressured by John. Good overall service and communication and finalized in a timely manner.

We purchased the house originally from John so it was an easy decision when we decided to sell that we would go back to John. We got great advice and service from John. House sold easily and quickly.

John was extremely helpful with organising our daughter to view the house for us as we were residing overseas at the time. He also provided support with information on local contractors for the inspections.
