Very Strange Gavin....., As I had little to do with your purchase.
I have to question your motivation here, that you taken the time after a few months of the sale, to try to tarnish my reputation. We know that you have a friend that works for a competing real estate firm, maybe that has to do with your motivation here?.
I have been in the industry for over 35 years and the fact that my other recommendations here on are a testament to my integrity and how much I care and work for the community, those who know me never question it.
If any one made your purchase difficult, I would have to say you contributed to that fact by not returning calls or not attending inspections, that you organised. Further most reasonable people would be horrified in the way you spoke to my vendors and the fact that English was not their first language, certainly had racial overtones. This office in particular Cranston Schwarz went out of his way to try to accommodate everyone given this language barrier, but you have chosen the easy shot by targeting the real estate agent.
Bye the way "Freshwater" is one word not 2.
