We bought a property this month from John White from LJ Hooker. If I were to sell my house I would not use John or LJ Hooker- We visited the property on EVERY open and not once were we followed up by the agent. Once we purchased the property at auction John asked me to 'take a picture of your husband and I in front of the 'Sold' sign' for marketing on the website. As if I was not an important part of the decision making and that we were not a team. Trust me when I say if we BOTH did not love the house we would not have purchased it. Not a nice feeling at all. This is the 2nd house we have purchased with LJ Hooker being the agents - I would never recommend them. The first time we also had issues with the agent. There must be a bad customer service culture within this organisation.
