John certainly knows his business & the Punchbowl area in particular very well....he has his finger on the pulse. We were pleasantly surprised with level of professionalism & attention to detail that was displayed. John even went out of his way to attend inspections of our property outside the normal viewing times. We would highly recommend John to any potential vendor.....can't be faulted.
