JOHN did a very good job for us, the only criticism I have is that the cleaner he used had to be called back and even then he did a sloppy job. I’m not hard to please but I won’t pay for a poor accurate performance. JOHN is affable & does his homework, turns up on time & knows suburbia. His knowledge of current house values is spot on & we got close to what he suggested the sale would bring us.
