His knowledge of the Wentworth Point area, the current market, and potential property value was reassuring, and his personal touch during each process was appreciated. Other real estate agents were dismissive, uninterested and unenthusiastic. John was present during the photo shoot, with clear instructions on how to best prepare the property, prior to the advertising campaign. We felt confident leaving him our keys to allow inspections from potential buyers. Despite one potential buyer requesting a personal inspection at extremely short notice, John was apologetic, remained polite, and worked with us to achieve our sale.
