Selling with Johnny Lin and the Harcourts team was a dream! Johnny's knowledge about the market lead to the property being listed at a competitive price, and, as a result my townhouse was sold within 12 days of being on the market. He and his team kept me updated at each step of the selling process and was always available to answer questions. I will be recommending Johnny to my friends and family!
Johnny, Katie, Ly and the Team at Harcourts Pinnacle did a fantastic job for us! From start to finish the process was seamless. Communication was great and we were always informed or able to make contact and get a quick reply if we had any questions. The listing and inspections took off quickly and after the first open house we had a contract which went through to sale. So happy with the service and quick turnaround we received. We would highly recommend Johnny and the team and won't hesitate to request their services again for our real estate needs!
Johnny and Ly were both very approachable and willing to answer all my questions and follow-up some concerns. I felt my needs were as important to them as those of the seller, and I never felt pressured in the negotiation process. Thank you to all the Team at Harcourts Pinnacle
Johnny and his team are a pleasure to do business with. Professional, efficient and friendly. All my queries and concerns were answered promptly. I strongly recommend them.
I'm pleased to say that I am very happy with Johnny and his team. He is friendly and professional, with all matters and queries dealt with promptly. The whole team works very efficiently at getting the job done. I highly recommend them.
We were very happy with Johnny selling our investments. He was very proactive and hard working. It was a pleasure working with him. I would recommend him to anybody selling realestate.
Johnny made things very easy in the process of buying and all this with professionalism. Each time I had a question, he came back to me very quickly with an answer.
I have been a client of Johnny's for around fifteen years. Initially he was my managing agent for my property. As my managing agent he was very honest, hard working, approachable and fair. Most recently I decided to sell the unit, he (& his team) put together a very accurate and targeted appraisal (all the details and comparisons were directly related to my property). He the executed the appraisal to the letter and was successful in finding a buyer in a matter of weeks (in my view exceptional give all the current circumstances). Again, as a sales agent he was very honest, hard working, approachable and fair.
What can I say, my experience working with Johnny and his team has restored my faith in real estate agents; not that I would readily trust another without putting them through a few paces, but definitely I would work with Johnny again and again. He is trustworthy and honest foremost, he's not pushy, he understands the importance of communication and he does it well. From the very start of our agreement Johnny was very clear, no bullshit which is what I like. If I needed my hand holding and reassurance that would have been available too. I was aware of everything happening at all times and all feed back from prospective clients as soon as an inspection had taken place. Once we were under contract I was updated on the progress of the buyer's finance, build & pest inspections and any issues arising from those via Johnny long before any correspondence came via the solicitors. He and his team were following up all the way through to final inspection and settlement and I couldn't have been happier to pay his commission. He and his team EARNED every penny. And then, when settlement was all done and dusted, out of the blue arrives at my door not one, but two beautiful gifts totally unexpected. This young man has thought of everything. Love ya work Johnny and the team, from wow to go. Wishing you all the very best in the future, you ARE the best in the business and I hope we can work together again some day. Kindest Regards Jill
We had the best experience when we were selling with Johnny this March when the lock down started. The communications were great and most importantly, Johnny kept us stayed positive during these uncertain times. Johnny's market knowledge is also great. There is not a question that he couldn't have a helpful answer. We are happy about our results and will strongly recommend him. We were also impressed by his team, everyone has a passion for their career. Well done Johnny!
Johnny and is team are fantastic. Particularly if you are selling in Fitzgibbon, don't bother looking elsewhere. Johnny is very professional and understands the market very well. He deals with buyers appropriately, ensuring you don't waste time and energy with non-serious buyers. He and his team are very capable of haggling for your benefit to get the price you want.
