Johnny’s reputation preceded him, and even better, he lived up to expectations. He is the right mix of friendly and professional, is truly passionate about what he does (to the point where he was still returning our emails while on holiday in Europe!), and extremely knowledgeable. He knew we had had a bad experience previously where we failed to sell, and took that into consideration when negotiating on our behalf. We sold after the first open home thanks to his advice. Although the sale wasn’t completely smooth due to some nervous first time buyers, he managed us through the stress and worked round the clock for us to ensure settlement happened as planned, even being flexible on his fees as a show of good faith. He’s not just a great agent but a lovely person to boot, and we’re really pleased that he achieved the outcome we wanted.
