Johnny Lin and his team has been amazing with the sale of our investment property from the start to the end. The whole experience was very pleasant and seamless because of your experience and professionalism. And a huge thank you for getting us a price that we were secretly hoping for but wasn’t sure 🙏🏾🫶.

Authentically friendly and respectful people with demonstrated integrity. Service was efficient and excellent.

They are knowledgeable and professional in their approach and always respond to questions that we have concerning the home purchase process. I am happy with their services and my experience with them is a pleasant one.

We were watching how Johnny operates long before we decided to sell our house. His professionalism, responsiveness, knowledge of the market and passion for what he does built trust over the years and when it came to selling our house we knew we would go with Johnny. The sale went smoothly and we achieved sale price beyond our expectations. Johnny and his team communicated and guided us through every step of the process which made it super easy and stress-free for us. I would definitely recommend Johnny and his team to anyone who wants reliability, transparency and a smooth hassle-free experience.

We had such a great experience with this team buying our first home. They were communicative and supportive in helping us present our best offer, and unlike a few selling agents in Brisbane they never once pressured us to drop conditions that were important to us. We worked with Josh in negotiating our offer and he didn’t leave any of our questions hanging with evasive answers which was really comforting during a tense time. We’ve missed out on so many homes because we didn’t know where we stood, and buying from this team felt like a completely different experience. The team were responsive when we had questions and flexible when it came to scheduling valuers and inspections. We really love the home and can’t wait to move in, so I’m very glad the seller chose this agent who I think made all the difference. If we do ever need to sell our home I would absolutely consider to use this listing agent so that hopefully the buyers would have an equally positive experience. It sounds extremely naive to feel like a selling agent is on the buyer’s side, but I really do believe that this team are on both sides and got the best result possible for their client.

From the moment Ly walked into our home to do an appraisal we felt totally comfortable. The whole team have communicated exceptionally. Even though we have sold they are still helping us find our new home.

We had wonderful experience buying our house through Johnny and his team. He was extremely responsive to all our queries and needs and had a great can do attitude. His professionalism and experience was evident throughout the process. We would happily recommend him for buying or selling a property.

We are so happy with Johnny and team. Every morning we woke up to an update and we were at so ease with the whole process. It was a very good outcome for us and everyone was so helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Johnny and his team sold an investment property I had only seen once. Although I had property managers taking care of the property, one still never knows how good it looks when you go to sell it. Johnny was my eyes, as I don't live near the property. Johnny understood that I wanted to maximise the value of the property, without over doing it. His suggestions and organisation to get things done quickly was brilliant. This resulted in a quick sale and great price. I would definitely recommend Johnny and his team.

Johnny, Ly and team were very pleasant to work with. They always kept us up to date and were very results driven and highly motivated the entire process. They are very knowledgeable of the area and its potential. We highly recommend them to all sellers in the Taigum area :)

Selling with Ly from the Johnny Lin team was a fantastic experience! The experience was effortless. Ly kept us in the loop with communication at all times. Supported us through the whole process and most importantly achieved the price we were chasing in a VERY tight time frame! She is an AMAZING agent! We will be back for all our buying / selling needs.

Seamless transaction from Johnny and his team, most notably Ly. Would recommend to anyone looking for property in the area.
