Experience with the sale of our property at 6 Parkway Road, Daisy Hill

Our property was a little different to most, it meant that it was difficult to engage with the appropriate buyer. After a few chats with Johnson we decided to sell "off market" because we believed this would give us the best chance of a sale. We received a number of offers which we did not accept and to Johnson's credit there was no pressure to accept these offers. Johnson continued to find buyers and eventually come up with the deal we were chasing.
