Johnson and Joel did a fantastic job!! House was sold within 24 hours, off market. They knew the market well, and had buyers ready to go in his their list. I’ve bought and sold many times, and never had such a positive experience. The buyer was challenging at times, but I had nothing to worry about. Johnson and Joel were helpful, informative, communication was excellent, and they continue to stay in touch after settlement! Everything was seamless. I highly recommend Johnson and team.
