First I met Jojo at anothet property's inspection ,that time I was impressed with his honest, genuine advice and knowledge extended me as a buyer. Soon after I offered to this property I faced some issues with bank loan approval but Jojo was flexible offering me 3 weeks cooling off period as requested ,without this rare opportunity I wouldn't have secured my purchase. Throughout the entire purchase process he was always available to help us and was easy to deal with personality.
