The best part of dealing with Jon as opposed to other agents we had dealt with was he did not give us an over inflated price to get the sale and more over within one week did not decide to give us advice to accept a lessor amount as most agents seem to do to get a quick sale/commission. We picked him due to fact that he had sold the most properties in the area and had been an agent in the area for many years. His knowledge of the property market is excellent.
