Sold our investment property at a price that exceeded all units in the same appartment block. A record price achieved without too much fuss. Jon organised the 3br top floor appartment to be painted and the advertising was fantastic. The vacant space was beautifully styled by using virtual furnishings in the advertising. Jon rang us at least twice per week to keep us updated with offers and advice. The finalisation was easy as Jon took all of the costs to sell the unit including any remedial and paint work from the deposit. I have recommended him to my extended family.
