I have known Jon for over 16 years and he has sold two houses for me as well as property managing one. All experiences were painless and Jon delivers without histrionics. Jon always talks in what is possible and keeps your expectations under control. He has vast experience and great knowledge of the north-eastern area (which is where my houses were) and you can feel confident he will do the best job in selling or managing your house for you. (PS. I didn't give 5 stars because I never give full marks)
