I recently purchased a property Jon was representing. I really appreciated that Jon was very forthcoming with any requests for information that I had. He was also very pleasant to deal with.

John was know to my mother through a previous business relationship, when we decided to sell my mums property as unwell as she was she immediately stated John Ewer would handle the sale. At this time the market was was very competitive and better for buyers we believed, but John gave us clear tasks to complete to help things along. He just got on with the job and made it happen. there were times things stalled through no fault of our side or John Ewers, and he went over and above his job description with us , we thought , to make the sale happen. This he did and got us a very good price , while also negotiating with my mums new Retirement Village sales team along the way and achieving a better deal for us there also purely because of his regards and respect for my mother.
