Jon has an incredibly friendly and calm demeanour which really reassured my partner and I through the process of buying our first property - at auction! He has incredible knowledge of the local market and even the residents of Hendra which was so useful in our decision making about this property. Jon kept us updated and communicated well all the way from the first inspection through to the settlement date - he was even available to take us through the property with some trades! 10/10 !
