He helped with getting the unit into tip-top condition for the sales; organized painting, new carpets and new blinds so that the sales will be successful. The company Hayden and Whiting was proactive in solving problems and getting everything ready. This is not one of the big chain of Real Estate Agencies but the service and responsiveness is way ahead and superior than that of the big companies. I always get personal telephone updates from Jon and the Partner Glenn, even after office hours. Both of them gave extremely good advice and we were able to get a good price for the property. The settlement was very fast (4 weeks) as they worked with the buyer and my solicitor to fast track the process. The cooling period was also shortened. I would highly recommend Jon for any sales of property! Glenn as the Partner in the company and lending his support and hand in the sales and the process behind the office front was very professional! Both are great value!!

Jon's services with Harcourts is a true asset to the team for sales. He is sympathetic to a vendors requirements in getting onto the market, and he really went that 'extra mile' with my sale in preparing the marketing campaign. His assistance and market knowledge with all facets of preparation, from the setting up for photography, help in moving bits n pieces on the day, through to wording for the signing and websites etc, made the whole process a less stressful one than I had thought it would have been. He was always on time prior to the open houses, he waited to give me a briefing, and then followed up on the Monday with a 'Market Position' with all the numbers. On Auction Day, he made the day a calm one, with lots of people present, and then both worked the crowd, and communicated with me what the position was; I was never left to doubt, what was happening. At the end of the Auction, I was a very happy vendor not only having reached the reserve (which I had set higher than advised on purpose to make the team work for me) be we sold above it, to which I am grateful for!!
