After dealing with a few realestate people over the last few months we found Jon had great communication skills and was very easy to deal with and was extremely helpful with the overall process from purchasing our new property. I would highly recommend Jon and will be going back in the future if we need to sell or buy a new property.
Jon is a very experienced Bayside real estate agent and his maturity in leading our sale we felt was a real asset that helped us achieve a great result.
From the moment I met John I felt very comfortable that he would professionally guide me through the selling of my house, always taking into consideration my wishes & needs. He was also a warm, friendly face, or voice on the phone, if I had any concerns or questions. I was very pleased with the result and even more so that John was also the agent for the apartment which I have purchased. Everything to do with the move went seamlessly and I can't thank John & his team highly enough.
Extremely happy with engaging Jon to sell our property. He was very professional and kept us well informed throughout the process. Have no hesitation in recommending Jon.
Well I don't normally do reviews but in this case I felt compelled to say something. Jon is the best agent I have worked with. In these difficult times he didn't waver and always kept me in the loop with his wonderful communication skills.
Jon was highly responsive and made the difficult process of selling fast and easy. He listened to our needs, explained everything clearly and simply, gave us prompt guidance and advice and got us the price we wanted before auction. Thank you for everything you did Jon to make this difficult time a little easier.
I would highly recommend Jon to sell any real estate that I owned. Jon was extremely helpful and was in contact with me to let me know the progress of the sale of my apartment. My apartment sold in 7 days. Thank you Jon, appreciate everything you have done.
John was recommended to us by a friend to sell our St Kilda West property. Jon is professional, friendly and was attentive to our wants. Jon knows the Bayside market well and we were impressed with his negotiating skills and attribute that to the successful sale of our property. Jon has an excellent Team who he works with. On Auction day the Team including the Auctioneer, Xavier, came across as having a family feel. We recommend the services of Chisholm & Gamon and John!
Jon was patient, friendly and knowledgeable - his efforts to make the purchase happen were greatly appreciated.
Jon is a genuine and respectful agent. He kept in touch for many years before I decided to sell and was a clear choice when it came to selecting an agent. Throughout the campaign I felt like we were in safe hands with responsive communication and updates, and I feel he achieved an exceptional result considering the current market conditions. Thank you.
Jon was amazing and helped me purchase my beautiful new apartment. He made the process so easy and provided me with all the confidence.
Jon was great, gave us an accurate picture of the market, communication was superb, very regular and comprehensive.
