We were very pleased with Jon being the sale agent of our property. He had good knowledge of the market in the area and advised us how to make our property attractive for sale. He kept us in touch from beginning to end of the interest of potential purchasers and the open for inspection outcomes. Jon guided and informed us constantly throughout the sale process and sold our property in a time period which we were happy with.

Jon is a very experienced and efficient agent, with a masterful knowledge of the market. He provided clear guidance and worked with us at each step to assess the pros and cons of each part of the campaign, so we could make informed decisions. He worked with our preferences with patience and a ‘no-problem’ attitude. His communication was top-notch! He was brilliant at keeping in touch, he always followed up, and always did what he said he would do. He exceeded our expectations. Thanks Jon!

Jon was exceptional to deal with when purchasing my property. Extremely knowledgeable, great communicator, honest and very professional. Highly recommend Jon for all your real estate needs.

Due to time constraints Jon sold my apartment off market and very quickly. Chisholm and Gamon sprang into action with hints on presentation, a photo shoot and excellent online presentation. There were open for inspection days and private viewing appointments. The whole process was very professional with an excellent outcome. I would highly recommend Jon Kett and his team.
