Jon recently sold my investment property, an apartment in Port Melbourne. Jon was terrific to deal with throughout the entire process. I was particularly impressed with his willingness to assist in getting the property ready for sale. Pre-campaign we discussed a strategy that we felt would work which included some minor build work on the property. Personally I wouldn't have known where to start so having Jon's help on this was invaluable.
