It was an absolute pleasure working with Jon. The process felt seamless and I was always kept fully informed about the campaign and options around achieving the best outcomes as a vendor. It felt like working with fully invested partner through the process, as opposed to someone just doing their job. Thank you Jon and to your team at Chisholm and Gamon, Port Melbourne
We really appreciated Jon's expertise and professional attitude. We would recommend him as an agent to anybody. Overall great experience
I strongly recommend Jon. Our situation was a difficult one emotionally and Jon was perfect for the sale. Jon fully understood our needs and designed a strategy that would remove all stress from the process. What separated Jon from the beginning was his access to buyers rather than databases, along with his relaxed and professional approach. Jon's immediate access to buyers allowed us to establish a strategy of going off-market for a period prior to considering the need for what can be a stressful auction campaign. That said the clear communication we had from Jon, and his detailed but flexible approach to strategy, would have alleviated this auction stress I'm sure. We sold off market for a result and in a time period that we were delighted with. Use Jon.
We had the pleasure of working with Jon Kett and his team recently, and have both bought and sold houses with them. They made the whole process flow smoothly from the beginning, with coordinating the staging of the property all the way to advertising it, and finally getting all the paperwork finalised without any issues. Working with their team has been effortlessly and we would highly recommend them to anyone.
Dear Jon as yoy arevaware over the past year I have engaged with many agents and looked and many more properties . The manner in which you engaged with myself was definately on another level .your personable manner and graciousness and smile I felt always sincere . This made my experience which was becoming stressful more at ease. That last email you sent was not quite what I was looking for however when I inspected ,as you know I made an offer.my only disappointment was that you weren’t there personally for me to engage.this is not a criticism as I was overjoyed and wanted to have you there. I know you work for the vendor but I felt you certainly helped me. I thank you again and wish you you the very best . Warm regards Estelle
After keeping in touch occssionslly for 3 years after the purchase of my apartment, Jon approached me with the possibility of an "off market" sale. Initially reluctant to move & find a new home within 6 weeks, Jon's calm & professional encouragement , communication & assistance in all phases reassured me & then negotiated a very positive outcome. Thank you Jon, you are a pleasure to deal with.
Very pleased with Jon and his colleagues approach to my sale. Would 100% recommend. He’s reliable, communicative and thorough. Very reassuring to have! Thanks Jon.
The moment I was introduced to Jon, I was so impressed! He was so professional and sincere. We had a plan, as I had several hurdles I had to address. He listened and worked out the best “ game plan” for my situation! And he simply, ” nailed it”! He is sincere and honorable , which are qualities admired and revered in a sales agent; he is BRILLIANT!!!!
If there is a 6 star rating, we will definitely give that to Jon. He is definitely the best agent we have dealt with by far. As soon as he knew we wanted to sell our property, he contacted us, provided advice, insight, market knowledge and eventually found us the right buyer. He kept us informed throughout the sales cycle enabling a smooth and simple transaction with the prospective buyer. We would like to say thank you and well done to Jon for all his hard work.
Jon worked tirelessly to find the apartment we were looking for. We purchased off market with a short settlement and he was professional and helpful at all times.
Jon has good communication skills and clearly knows the current market place. We would use Jon again if we should buy within Port Melbourne again in the near future. He gave us good advice during this process of selling. Kind regards, Christine Milne.
Jon recently sold my investment property, an apartment in Port Melbourne. Jon was terrific to deal with throughout the entire process. I was particularly impressed with his willingness to assist in getting the property ready for sale. Pre-campaign we discussed a strategy that we felt would work which included some minor build work on the property. Personally I wouldn't have known where to start so having Jon's help on this was invaluable. He not only helped with the strategy but took ownership of the process ensuring it was seamless-for me a saviour as I was running two businesses at the time. He actively communicated throughout the entire process keeping me up to date and pre-empting what the next steps were. Of course all of this is only good if the end result is.. and I'm pleased to say that I got over what I originally expected for the property largely due to the minor changes Jon recommended.
