I chose Jon Kett from Chisholm and Gamon to sell my one-bedroom apartment in Port Melbourne. I didn’t have any selling experience and found the information from the agency and local knowledge of the area very helpful. I would use Jon Kett again for future sales.
Elite operator Jon. Delivered what he set out from the start, knew the buyers well. Really happy with the outcome.

Had a great experience selling with Jon and the team at Chisholm & Gamon. Excellent communication throughout the campaign and a professional and kind manner. Thanks Jon.
Jon was very professional throughout the whole transaction. The unit was an investment property and the fact that I live 300 kms from Melbourne I had to rely on Jon's advice and knowledge of the market to get the best result possible. Jon and Mel kept me informed throughout the whole process and the result was a successful sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending this team.
Jon Kett exceeded our expectations when selling our apartment recently. From the very beginning Jon was proactive, responsive, always did what he said he'd do and managed our expectations well. We are confidant we achieved a higher sell price with Jon than we would have with other agents we spoke with.
Jon has a great understanding of properties in bayside, thanks for all the inspections over the years. I’m thrilled to have purchased a great property and thanks for your efforts in getting me through for private inspections when needed, greatly appreciated. Thanks Jon!

It was a true pleasure to work with Jon. His integrity and punctual communication was the main reason I purchased the property from him. He negotiated the deal well, looking out for the interest of both parties. The deal was simple and nicely topped off with a classy gift hamper upon settlement. I can highly recommend Jon and Chisholm & Gamon Real Estate. I would definitely do business with Jon again!
