Buying a new house came out of the blue for us. I have had my eye on the market for a while. We decided to get an agent out to discuss our options. This agent was Jon. Wow are we lucky we met Jon! Jon knew exactly what we were looking for and advised us of a property he had selling off the market! It was everything we dreamed! Especially being so close to the school my son is starting at next year. Negotiations for busying went quickly and smoothly with Jon being very approachable and upfront and honest. We brought so quickly, meaning we had to work quick to get our house ready for selling. Jon and his team offer and interior design professional to make suggestions on the house for selling. With both buying and selling from Jon I can confidently say I have never met a more honest easy going approachable agent. Who is very knowledgable and amazing at what he does. In addition to this, even after all the contracts have been signed Jon has been so approachable and helpful taking time out of his busy scedual to let us into our newly purchased house 4 times before settlement to measure things up to be able to do some small renovations as soon as we move in. (As the house is an ex-rental no one is in it) Cannot thank Jon and the beautiful Hayley enough. The best agents around!
